Our team has a long and proven history of providing successful independent M&A advisory services. Our combined experience has resulted in advising private corporations, family owned-businesses and other middle market companies of buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Founder and Chairman
Denis owned and successfully operated a diversified group of manufacturing companies in Canada and the United States for more than twenty years before founding NORCAP in 1990. Since then, Denis has acted as a senior advisor in mid-market mergers and acquisitions and realized over one hundred transactions totalizing more than $2 Billion. These transactions covered multiple business channels including manufacturing, distribution, as well as consumer products and services.
Catherine has over 15 years of experience in various management positions with a strong track record demonstrating natural leadership through performance optimization. Before joining NORCAP Global Partners, she was a Managing Director for a Quebec-based industry-leading retailer and manufacturer. Today, Catherine specializes in Buy-side Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships mandates.
Antoine is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Sales, and Finance. Prior to joining Norcap, he served in increasingly senior roles for a leading North American manufacturer. At Norcap, Antoine applies his business expertise to help Private Equity funds and corporations in their Buy-side Acquisitions and Strategic Partnership activities. He graduated with honors from Queen’s Smith School of Business with a Commerce degree (BCom).
Vincent has recently obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montreal where he is currently pursuing his master’s. His education, combined with his previous experience, allowed him to develop a thorough financial knowledge as well as sharp analytical skills. As a motivated and dedicated young professional, Vincent continuously aims to achieve greater results as well as a deeper understanding of the industry.
