Denis Labrecque
Founder and Chairman
Denis owned and successfully operated a diversified group of manufacturing companies in Canada and the United States for more than twenty years before founding NORCAP in 1990. Since then, Denis has acted as a senior advisor in mid-market mergers and acquisitions and realized over one hundred transactions totalizing more than $2 Billion. These transactions covered multiple business channels including manufacturing, distribution, as well as consumer products and services.
Catherine Fisette
Managing Partner
Catherine is an experienced professional with more than 20 years of expertise in general management, sales, strategic partnerships, M&A, and corporate development. She is highly respected for her natural leadership abilities and has a proven track record of optimizing performance. Before joining NORCAP Global Partners, she worked as a Managing Director at a well-known retail and manufacturing company. At NORCAP, Catherine specializes in strategic growth mandates, working with established family offices, leading corporations, and private equity firms across North America.
Antoine Filion
Managing Director
Antoine is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Sales, and Finance. Prior to joining Norcap, he served in increasingly senior roles for manufacturers in Canada and the USA. At Norcap, Antoine applies his business expertise to help corporations and private equity funds in their acquisition and strategic partnership initiatives. He graduated with honors from Queen’s Smith School of Business with a Commerce degree (BCom).
Vincent Pagé
Associate - Strategic Growth
Vincent joined the NORCAP team in 2019 after obtaining his bachelor's degree in finance from HEC Montreal. Since then, he has developed multiple skills thanks to his involvement in the different aspects of mergers and acquisitions mandates. Over the last few years, he has deepened his knowledge in various industries, an important asset that makes him an experienced and versatile professional.
Today, Vincent is responsible for the management and development of the analyst team as well as communication and financial analysis with NORCAP clients. His rigor, attention to detail, and dedication make Vincent a professional recognized by his peers and greatly appreciated by clients.
Simon Langlois
Manager - Strategic Growth
Simon spent the last 15 years in various leadership roles across several industries, including aerospace and consumer goods. His passion for corporate development and commercial strategies has led him to drive numerous organic growth projects, strategic partnerships, and M&A transactions. Over the years, Simon has developed a unique Buy-side acquisition expertise, driving in-house mandates from prospecting to due diligence process and integration. At NORCAP, Simon collaborates with corporations and private equity funds to achieve their targeted growth plans.
Vincent Binette

Vincent recently obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance and completed a COOP program from the University of Sherbrooke where he is currently pursuing his Master's in Corporate Finance. Vincent is passionate about business and finance and is recognized by his peers for his insatiable curiosity, his analytical skills, and his willingness to deepen his knowledge of the industry and his professional skills.
